Macam gempak je tajuk entri kali ni kan. Kalau korang nak tau camane nak turun 10 kilo korang baca je entri2 yang terdahulu dalam blog ni. Ni based on papa punya real experience tau. Bukan setakat rekaan semata2. Kalau korang follow betul2 program diet macam papa ni mesti korang boleh turun lebih dari 10 kilo. Papa yang kadang2 belasah makanan off menu pun boleh turun 10 kilo.
